Operations Manager / Project Coordinator
Caroline manages the coordination of client projects for the firm. She brings over two decades of experience in administration, project coordination, and customer engagement across consulting, business services, finance, and non-profit. Prior to joining NorthWind, Caroline was the Office Manager for a global non-profit where she assumed administrative and project coordination responsibilities.
Caroline enjoys running, beach vacations, spending time with her two retired racing greyhounds, and rooting for the Crimson Tide. She and her husband, Andrew, have one grown son.
