Nicole Anderson
Analyst
Nicole is a Research Analyst at NorthWind Partners, where she applies her strong skills in sourcing and research to support the firm’s executive search and advisory services. She conducts detailed research and analysis to identify top talent and deliver insights that help clients address leadership and organizational challenges.
Prior to joining NorthWind Partners, Nicole worked in numerous roles at Aramark, within Human Resources and Talent Management (Recruiting). During her time at Aramark, she collaborated with recruiting teams and field partners to source and engage candidates across multiple roles and regions. She utilized various recruiting tools and strategies, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, social networking, and resume databases, to identify qualified candidates. Nicole also played a key role in training new team members on recruitment technologies and processes, supporting the company’s hiring needs across different business lines.
Nicole is a native of Nolensville, Tennessee, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Harding University.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys traveling, playing/exploring outdoors with her dog Copper, and spending quality time with her friends and family.
