Throughout the full executive search lifecycle, Alex partners with clients in the aerospace, aviation, defense, and government service markets to place top talent across the globe. He aligns his talent sourcing strategies with his clients’ business objectives, ensuring candidates are not only exceptionally qualified, but also share the values and visions of the organizations he represents.

Prior to joining NorthWind Partners, Alex was an executive search practitioner at a boutique firm, where he focused on placements at leading companies in the aerospace, MRO, and space industries. He spent the early portion of his career as an operations and program management consultant to the Federal government, delivering financial, business, and change management solutions to civilian agencies.

Alex holds a Master’s degree in International Commerce and Policy with a concentration in global finance and investment from George Mason University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of South Carolina. Outside of the office, he is a lifelong student of geopolitics and enjoys golf, traveling, and hiking with his family and dogs.
