Dustin is a dynamic, multi-faceted consultant that supports projects across all focus areas at NorthWind. He brings sound executive recruitment experience to the team with experience across a majority of the firm’s key industries and verticals. Dustin lends thorough market insight and advisory solutions through an in-depth, analytical lens that is prepared with optimal clarity for all stakeholders. He is passionate about the application of analytics in generating human capital diligence that drives successful outcomes on engagements for the firm’s clients.
Prior to executive search, Dustin held responsibility for the recruitment of school-based instructional, operational, and leadership roles at the largest charter school network in New York City. He began his career as a mathematics teacher in the city’s public and charter schools as well as coaching and mentoring basketball players up to the varsity level and serving as a judge for state-wide speech & debate tournaments.
Dustin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Indiana University and Master’s degree in Secondary Mathematics Education from St. John’s University. He enjoys playing and watching basketball, reading, and traveling the world. He credits his background as an educator for a devotion to lifelong learning and the quest for self-actualization.
