With over a decade of experience gathering, organizing, and analyzing datasets and solutions across various industries and verticals to assure accurate, informed decisions are made, Jessica is passionate about conducting thorough leadership diligence and market research. Her firm conviction is that mutual success requires uncompromising determination fueled by strong communication, leadership, vulnerability and, most notably, a supportive team environment.
Prior to joining NorthWind, Jessica worked in the healthcare sector as a case manager for a free-standing mental health and conducted cognitive interviewing for a local market research firm in the greater National Capital region.
Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University and is currently pursuing her MS in Forensic Psychology from Walden University. She is also an active member of NSLS, GKIHS, and ACHS. When she’s not working so much, Jessica is a major advocate for any endeavor promoting physical and/or mental health. She is an avid gym enthusiast and enjoys progressive music and spending time with family and friends.
