Molly oversees the coordination of critical client projects for the firm. She possesses over 20 years of C-Level support, project management, and HR experience.
Prior to joining Northwind, Molly established her own practice helping companies streamline home-based and business office operations, which led to being retained to oversee operations continuous improvement for several clients. Prior to starting her own company, Molly worked in corporate roles for healthcare companies in the Nashville area and as the Director, Human Resources, for a recruiting firm where she managed all new hire onboarding requirements and successfully developed a system that increased accuracy and drastically reduced delay periods for clients.
Molly enjoys hosting dinner parties for family and friends with her husband as well as beach or tropical getaways, going to the lake, boating, or just being outdoors. She is most content being at home with her son and husband.
