Pat is a multi-faceted recruiter supporting projects across technology, business services, government, aerospace & defense, and industrials. He brings a depth of relevant expertise to the NorthWind team with experience in enterprise technology, high-growth private business and venture capital. Ever-passionate about the relationship and causation between leadership excellence and data-informed decision making, Pat lends strong business acumen and diverse market knowledge to the successful outcome of every engagement.
Prior to his career in Executive Search, Pat spent nearly a decade across a breadth of roles in the technology sector including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Public Relations. He was recently responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and managing high performing sales and business development teams in the sales at a high growth VC-backed startup.
A graduate of Cornell University, Pat holds a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies. During his time in Ithaca, he captained the nationally ranked squash team and to this day his body does not forgive him for it. Outside of NorthWind, you’ll find Pat playing golf, racquet sports, or waiting for his next day at the beach with family and friends. He enjoys all things Philadelphia sports and reading in his spare time.
