ASRC Federal announces that Lori Stallard has joined the ASRC Federal Growth organization as our new Senior Vice President of Growth Operations. With an impressive career spanning three decades, Lori brings a wealth of experience and expertise that will significantly enhance the company’s efforts to drive growth and efficiency.
In her role, Lori will lead end-to-end execution for ASRC Federal’s capture and proposal teams, playing a critical part in its commitment to delivering exceptional, compliant offerings to our customers. She will work collaboratively across the growth and operations organization at all levels, facilitating seamless integration and effective communication.
Having held vice president roles at notable companies including Leidos, Lockheed Martin, GDIT, and KBR, Lori has amassed significant expertise in client engagement, capture strategy and customer-aligned solution development. Her diverse experience spans the full business development lifecycle—from front-end business development to capture excellence, solution architecture and proposal operations.
Lori has also supported a variety of federal markets and mission agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, Department of Justice, NASA and the Intelligence community.
Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego.
