Reston, Virginia, United States, January 2026 — C5MI has appointed Caroline LeCount as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing to the organization nearly three decades of deep HR leadership across government services, aerospace, defense, and technology-driven enterprises.

Caroline LeCount joins C5MI after serving as Vice President of Human Resources at SAIC for close to two years, where she led enterprise HR strategy supporting complex, mission-critical government and defense programs.

Before SAIC, Caroline spent over five years at Maxar Technologies, including her most recent role as Vice President of Talent Management. There, she led global teams across organizational effectiveness, learning and development, CSR, HR operations, and talent acquisition, architecting leadership frameworks, succession planning, performance transformation, future-of-work strategy, and board-level talent governance for a multi-billion-dollar global satellite and imagery enterprise.

Earlier, Caroline held senior HR leadership roles at Vectrus and Harris Corporation, where she drove HR strategy, succession planning, and leadership development across large Department of Defense and intelligence-focused organizations. She also served as Head of Human Resources at Attain, guiding enterprise HR transformation and insourcing initiatives, and built her foundational HR leadership across BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting) and SAIC in early career roles.
