Brooke brings nearly two decades of leadership experience across complex federal health and technology environments. Her background includes work supporting organizations such as the National Institutes of Health, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Food and Drug Administration, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as well as commercial healthcare organizations.

Most recently, Brooke led a major enterprise IT program with annual revenue exceeding $600 million, managing an organization of roughly 2,000 professionals. Her teams supported large-scale cybersecurity, cloud, and AI modernization initiatives across hundreds of locations worldwide.
